移取10mL試驗溶液A置于50mL燒杯中，加1滴溴酚藍指示液，用氫氧化鈉溶液或硝酸溶液調節(jié)溶液的pH值，使溶液恰呈黃色。加入1mLKCl標準溶液[c（KCl）=0.005mol/L]，再加入乙醇，使乙醇與試驗溶液的體積比為3：1，總體積不大于40mL，以下按GB/T3050-2000中6.2“以下操作按4.6中……同時進行空白試驗”規(guī)定進行操作。
